Education for Holistic Development

DIL CSR team believes in education's transformative power for holistic development. Our program enhances educational standards for students aged 6-14 in ten neighboring villages, positively impacting enthusiastic young learners in the community.

Our Program Focuses on Three Key Objectives

  • Accessible Quality Education: We ensure local children have access to quality education through a library, digital learning center, and regular workshops in various subjects.
  • Reducing Dropouts: We offer comprehensive career counseling, expert coaching, and regular test series to prevent students from dropping out and support their educational and career paths.
  • Nurturing Students for Future Success: We organize extracurricular activities such as summer camps, sports meets, competitions, and awareness sessions to foster creativity, teamwork, and personal growth among students.

Projects

  • Accessible Quality Education: We provide free access to a library and establish a digital learning center. Additionally, we conduct regular workshops on various subjects, including language, mathematics, and more.
  • Career Counseling: We offer counseling services to students and parents, providing guidance and support in career decision-making.
  • Expert Coaching: After-school coaching assistance and regular test series are provided to students to enhance their academic performance.
  • Beyond Studies: We organize summer camps, sports meets, drawing competitions, cultural events, debates, elocution contests, and general awareness sessions to encourage holistic development and foster diverse skills among students.
