The Dhariwal Premier League (DPL) is one of our flagship annual sporting events, featuring enthusiastic participation from employees, women employees, spouses, and family members. Along with DPL, various sports tournaments organized throughout the year encourage teamwork, healthy competition, and stronger interpersonal relationships.
Family & Community Engagement
At DIL, employee welfare extends beyond the workplace. A vibrant Ladies' Club regularly organizes cultural programmes, festive celebrations, wellness sessions, social gatherings, and recreational activities that strengthen family bonds and encourage active participation.
Children of employees actively participate in drawing competitions, sports events, cultural programmes, and festive celebrations organized throughout the year. To nurture young talent and encourage academic excellence, DIL also honours the children of employees who achieve outstanding results in Class X and Class XII board examinations.
