To encourage academic excellence, DIL also recognizes and felicitates the children of employees who achieve outstanding results in Class X and Class XII examinations, celebrating their accomplishments and inspiring future success.
On spot and monthly recognition program
DIL firmly believes in recognizing deserving candidates in a timely manner and, as a result, has developed and implemented a comprehensive rewards and recognition scheme. This scheme includes 'Spot Awards' (ULKA), 'Employee of the Month' award (DHRUV), and the prestigious 'Employee of the Year' award (AADITYA). The existing recognition program serves as a strong motivation for employees to strive for excellence in their performance. In addition to individual recognition, the company also acknowledges outstanding teamwork by presenting the 'Outstanding Teamwork Award' to both departmental and cross-functional teams that have achieved exceptional results.

Annual Core value award (Group level) The Core Value Champion Award Policy is conceived as a part of the RP – Sanjiv Goenka Group Rewards and Recognition programme aimed at driving demonstration of core values by employees across the Group at high level. It aims to Reward and build visibility for consistent adherence to and demonstration of core values at very high level. The Core Value Champion Award Program is designed to reward and recognize those employees of the Group who have consistently demonstrated one or more of the core values at a very high level which has resulted in significant contribution to the success of the organisation by consistently exceeding or going beyond their job requirements. DIL actively promotes health, fitness, and an active lifestyle by providing excellent sports and recreational facilities for employees and their families.
The Dhariwal Premier League (DPL) is one of our flagship annual sporting events, featuring enthusiastic participation from employees, women employees, spouses, and family members. Along with DPL, various sports tournaments organized throughout the year encourage teamwork, healthy competition, and stronger interpersonal relationships.
Family & Community Engagement
At DIL, employee welfare extends beyond the workplace. A vibrant Ladies' Club regularly organizes cultural programmes, festive celebrations, wellness sessions, social gatherings, and recreational activities that strengthen family bonds and encourage active participation.
Children of employees actively participate in drawing competitions, sports events, cultural programmes, and festive celebrations organized throughout the year. To nurture young talent and encourage academic excellence, DIL also honours the children of employees who achieve outstanding results in Class X and Class XII board examinations.
