At Dhariwal Infrastructure Limited, a dedicated department with qualified team for Safety works in withclose association with other employees and workers. The DIL team is collectively responsible to meet safety compliances as per industrial norms & company policy, ensure safe work environment, check safety precautions of ongoing jobs and provide suggestions to top management to improve safety performance of DIL. Safety department is the primary driver of safety culture in all activities of DIL. All workers, engineers and process owners are committed towards maintaining a safe and healthy working culture at DIL

Enhancing skills for continuous Improvement

Training and educating staff, workers and management plays important role in developing safety culture. Training programs are regularly conducted by competent training professionals for plant employees. This helps to keep employees up to date with latest safety standards in practice across Industries.

For continuous learning at workplace, Tool box talk, Emergency Mock Drill, Trial of HVS (High Velocity Spray) & MVS (Medium Velocity Spray) Fire Fighting Systems, Demonstration of Fire Extinguishers operation, Trial of Emergency Siren etc. keeps taking place as per schedule.

Awareness Building Activities

DIL encourages raising POTENTIAL INCIDENT and NEAR MISS points for everyone including contract workers. The employees are rewarded based on the quality of their reporting, judged by an independent cross functional committee formed for safety PI.

Annually during National safety week, the best safety compliant employee, contract worker and AMC contractor are awarded.

DIL has received recognition from various renowned organizations namely, APEX India, Green-tech, Fame, Srishti, Golden Peacock for its work in the improvement of Occupational health and safety standards.
