Safety Management
Training & Competency Development
Regular training programmes help employees and contractors strengthen their safety awareness and technical competence. These include safety inductions, toolbox talks, job-specific training, fire safety, emergency response, and refresher programmes to reinforce safe work practices.
Emergency Preparedness
DIL conducts regular mock drills and emergency response exercises to ensure operational readiness. Activities include fire drills, emergency evacuation, HVS/MVS system trials, fire extinguisher demonstrations, and emergency communication system testing.
Safety Awareness & Employee Participation
We encourage every employee and contractor to actively contribute to workplace safety by reporting near misses, unsafe conditions, and improvement opportunities. Safety awareness is further strengthened through National Safety Week, safety campaigns, toolbox talks, quizzes, and employee engagement programmes.
