On 13th July 2023, DIL celebrated the 12th Foundation Day of the RPSG group at Radhakrishna Hall located at Chandrapur. Mr. Soumen Barua, VP-Station Head, Mr. Atul Goel, Mr. Devesh Kumar and other senior officers inaugurated the program with lamp lighting followed by a video message by MD (Generation). Mr. Barua gave an inspiring and rejuvenating speech on the Company`s values and milestones achieved during the year.

 Mr. Kewal Kurmi, Dy. Manager – Coordination was awarded the “Aaditya” -Employee of the Year award for his extraordinary performance during FY 2022-23. Also, felicitation took place for Mr. Chandan Nandi, DGM for the top gear award and Mr. Harshal Fulbande for achieving the Core Value Champion (Agility) award. 

Cake cutting was done by all the ladies present on the occasion. Thereafter, the celebration started with an orchestra band where melodious songs were sung which kept the audience humming to the tunes. Employees and their family members danced to the tunes of the orchestra which formed the centre of attraction of the celebration. Refreshments were served throughout the program and were followed by a delicious dinner.

The program ended with a vote of thanks followed by dinner. The whole program was well coordinated by the DIL HR team and everyone present enjoyed it a lot.
