Dhariwal Infrastructure Limited (DIL) - Chandrapur, a 2 X 300 MW coal-based thermal power plant in the state of Maharashtra, is a wholly owned subsidiary of CESC Limited, the flagship power utility of the RP-Sanjiv Goenka (RPSG) group of companies. CESC is India's first fully integrated electric utility,engaged in the generation and distribution of electricity since 1897.
