- It is mandatory to provide Govt ID card during checkin at hotel. Pan Card is not allowed as an ID card as it doesn't mention the address.
- The above mentioned rates are subject to guaranteed no. of pax as mentioned above; decreasing rooms or pax will affect rates on conditional basis.
- In case of unmarried couples, the guests' age should be above 18.
- For children, the property holds the right to ask for a valid ID card as age proof.
- In case of any natural calamity or political instability, the advance amount won't be refunded. The amount will be adjusted in the same property within 1 year from the prior check-in date.
- In case of non-fulfillment of rooms, Arrange My Stay will arrange an alternative property of similar or higher standard.

- Rescheduling Policy: A booking can be rescheduled only once. Once a booking has been rescheduled, the rescheduled booking cannot be cancelled or modified.
- Room Fulfillment Guarantee: In case of non-fulfillment of rooms, Arrange My Stay will arrange an alternative property of similar or higher standard. If the alternative property is in a lower budget, the adjustment will be refunded. If the guest declines the alternative property, 100% of the advance paid will be refunded.
